Author: Margery Sharp
Illustrator: Garth Williams
Margery Sharp has done it again! We loved this third installment of the series. It was light-hearted, family-friendly, and a pleasure to me to read aloud. Her word choices are simply scrumptious.
In addition to our beloved talking mice, this book introduces us to a horse friend. He helps Miss Bianca with a pivotal part of the rescue. Take note for your equestrian fans!
Williams’ illustrations are top-notch. As the back of our copy says, “[his] enchanting drawings keep pace with every event…and make the Miss Bianca series as much fun to look at as it is to read.”
I hope you can enjoy these books!
