This is possibly our favorite of R.C. Sproul’s children’s books. It reads aloud so nicely and prompts very special conversations with young listeners.

Zechariah can be a difficult Bible book for children to get through, with all its prophetic word about the Messiah. But it is such an encouragement and shouldn’t be ignored. Sproul does an excellent job at allegorizing chapter 3, verses 1-5. Christ’s righteousness must be imputed to us or we will never be accepted into God’s presence. We can never “clean” ourselves of our sins, try as we may. It can only be done by Jesus and His perfect righteousness!

Highly recommend this gem of a book.
