Book two was another great installment to this little series. Its wholesome and engaging story keeps you wanting more. It’s also an incredible way to shine a light on a world most of our [lovingly sheltered] children don’t see much of–orphans. I appreciated that they had wonderful adults who guided and protected them, both physically and spiritually, every step of the journey.

It ended on a cliffhanger of sorts, so I’m antsy to start book three soon! Definitely check these out for your kids if they’re old enough.

Make sure to start with Book 1!
