  • a squirrel is led astray by one friend while another brings him back to God’s Word
  • he learns the difference between “magic words” and biblical prayer
  • focus verse: John 14:13-14
  • sweet & cozy artwork

Type: biblical picture book
Ages: 4+
Authors: Costi Hinn, Christyne Hinn

Our world is absolutely saturated these days with the prosperity movement. The Hinns, having publicly shared much of their experience, are some of the best authors you could ask for on such a subject. The book’s story tells a great truth, but it also is written in an attractive way. The critters and forest scenes will surely capture your littles’ attentions while, at the same time, a firm foundation of biblical views is being built in their minds.

I didn’t give an upper age as I usually do, because I feel it’s important for anyone to get this message straight in their minds. It’s a heated subject with much debate, but if you’re standing on the authority of Scripture alone, then there’s really no debate at all. Either buy it or request your library buys it for you! It’s a keeper.
