Not to be confused with the classic “Little Red Hen,” I’ve never been quite sure why this was ever written for children! The majority of the text is fun, but then the animals you’ve thus far connected with get tricked by the fox in the end. This might simply be comical to your kiddos, so the judgment is yours. 😉
