Overall, it’s a cute story of some cousin kids and their exciting Easter day. It always seems odd to me to read Easter books that have no mention of Jesus (the whole reason for Easter), but it’s cute nonetheless. Consider it more of a “spring” book. 🙂

I’ll be sharing a few more secular Easter books in the midst of all our others this week and next! This one is an old classic on many lists, so I wanted to include it. Hoppy reading!
