We were happy to add this book to our Easter collection this year, just for a little old-fashioned addition.
Btw, there are some people who read subliminal messages under the surface of this book–from feminism to racism to child labor law issues. I don’t know the author’s original intent, but their claims seem a bit ridiculous. We just enjoy the story!
