I really wanted to love this book, with it being packed full of neat facts and superb illustrations on equinoxes and various cultures’ harvest traditions. Then I got to the sketchy part. Honestly, the evolution pages could have been left out entirely and it would have been a better book! It put a damper on appreciating the rest of the pages, but you can still glean some interesting things from it.

Get it from the library, though, and save your money. 😉
