Admittedly, my guard was up when I realized it was published by Disney. They have endless propaganda and agendas, subtle and lately not so subtle.
But I picked it up because it is promoted EVERYWHERE lately. I agree with the book’s premise–we all should be WAY more unplugged than we are–but that’s about it. Are there political reasons why juvenile readers are being prepared for city-wide outages? Time will tell.
